What is organic wine?

To be organic, a wine must come from a winery where at no stage during the wine making process have synthetic chemicals been used. Organic wine doesn’t contain harmful chemical pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. It’s better for you and better for our environment. Click here to read more about why organic wine is better wine.

What is biodynamic wine?

Biodynamic wine is any wine that has been produced using biodynamic farming methods. Biodynamics is a spiritual, ethical and ecological approach to agriculture, food production and nutrition. What is preservative free wine?

Preservative free wine is wine that does not contain any sulphur (or sulfur) dioxide (SO₂) which is the preservative used in wine. Is organic wine preservative free?

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery of 12 or more bottles of wine anywhere in Sydney is FREE and delivery of less than 12 bottles of wine anywhere in Sydney is $5.40 including GST.

How long does delivery take?

It’s fast. If your wine is in stock and you are having it delivered somewhere in Australia, we will usually deliver it to your door within 2-4 business days. For delivery anywhere in Sydney, we can deliver same day or next day.

Do you deliver internationally?

Maybe. Please contact us as we may be able to arrange an international delivery for you.

What if my delivery is lost or damaged?

Your wine is insured by us so in the unlikely event of it being lost or damaged during delivery, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please note we are not accountable for loss or damage to wine after it is delivered as instructed to you.

Can I register or buy wine from you if I don't live in Australia?

If you don’t live in Australia, please contact us to register or to buy wine from us.

Do you price match?

We have a Best Price Guarantee. If you find a wine we sell at a lower price at another retailer, we will happily beat their price*

*Lower prices must factor delivery and any other additional costs. The competitor must have stock available in the quantity requested. We will not always beat duty free, auction, liquidation or clearance sale prices. We reserve the right to limit quantities at any lower price.

Is it cheaper to buy wine by the 6-bottle case versus by the single bottle?

Yes.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can buy a single bottle if you like.

Can I mix and match?

Yes. As there’s no minimum order, you can mix and match as you like. Check out Our Selections or create your own!

What does stock status “LOW STOCK” mean?

Less than 6 bottles of that wine are currently available. You won’t be able to buy a 6-bottle case of that wine. If you’d like to order 6 or more bottles of that wine, please call us on 1300 659 330 as we may be able to procure more of that wine for you.

Does stock status “SOLD OUT” mean I can’t order that wine ever again?

Not necessarily. We may be able to procure more of that wine; and often it just means that you can’t order that vintage of that wine ever again but that you can order the next vintage when it becomes available.

Is my account name my email address and can I change it?

Yes. You can change your email address and that will automatically change your account name. If you are not logged in already, login first then click My Account at the top of any page. Account on the left will automatically be selected. Click ‘Change your account name or reset your password’.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes. Please call us on 1300 659 330 if you’d like to order over the phone.

I don’t have a PayPal account. How can I pay for my order?

Easy. PayPal also accepts VISA, MasterCard and AMEX so you can pay for your order regardless of whether or not you have a PayPal account. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please contact us.

Can I pay for my order with AMEX?

Yes.

Can I pay for my order via bank transfer?

Can you gift wrap my order?

Unfortunately we can’t gift wrap your order as gift wrapping is not practical when delivering wine. However, all of our orders are packaged in very nicely presented boxes and with any wine purchase we can include a FREE Gift Card! Gift Cards are made from 100% recycled paper and are 77mm x 105mm. You can select a Gift Card and provide a personalised message at checkout.

I have a favourite organic or biodynamic wine that is not available on your website. Can you source it for me?

Sure. Please contact us with the details and we will do our best to source your favourite organic or biodynamic wine for you. If it’s from Australia or New Zealand, there’s a good chance we will be able to source it for you.

Do you have a retail shop I can visit?

No. Sorry we are 100% online but you never know a retail shop may be coming to an area near you in the not too distant future.

Do you offer wine tastings?

Yes. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a wine tasting session. We can even run a wine tasting session at your function!

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. Please contact us if you would like to buy wholesale.

Can you serve wine at our upcoming event?

Yes. We have served wine at many events, some with over 1,000 guests and we have RSA certified staff available and mobile payment facilities if required. We love any opportunity to share our passion so whether your event is large or small, please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss serving wine at your upcoming event.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes. Gift Vouchers for any amount up to $1000.00 including GST can be purchased from our website. A Gift Voucher code will be sent to you or the recipient via email.

Are Gift Vouchers transferrable?

Yes. There is no restriction on who redeems the Gift Voucher so it is important to keep your Gift Voucher code safe.

Can I spend more than the remaining balance of my Gift Voucher?

Yes. At the cart, when you enter your Gift Voucher code and click ‘UPDATE CART’, the remaining balance of the Gift Voucher will be deducted from your order total then you can simply pay the balance owing.

Do Gift Vouchers expire?

No.
