A medium bodied wine from Cape Jaffa in Mount Benson that exhibits zesty lemon and lime with a dense, highly textured palate. Freshly cut lime combines with herbaceous grassy notes to create this complex bouquet. The wine has a subtle toasty note which will be enhanced as the wine matures. Fresh and pure with a mineral vibe and some underlying creaminess to the texture. Finish is crisp with subtle lemon zest. Enjoy with asparagus and pearl barley risotto. Drink now or will reward careful cellaring for up to 3 years.
