A certified biodynamic wine from Macquariedale in the Hunter Valley, this Merlot was fermented naturally using wild yeast living in the vineyard. The wine was matured in small oak barrels for 10 months. It exhibits cherry and blackcurrant flavours with a well integrated smooth, silky tannic finish. Suitable for vegans. Drink now or will reward careful cellaring for up to 5 years.
