This certified organic Sparkling wine from Spring Seed Wine Co in McLaren Vale is made using their home grown organic Chardonnay, which is picked early for the fresh green apple characters. It was pressed off skins for cool fermentation in stainless steel. A classic Blanc de Blancs style, with a pale straw in colour, a hint of green apple, fine mousse and gentle characters of citrus. A splendid wine for any celebration. Enjoy with oysters or anything else that takes your fancy. Drink now.
