Refund policy

We are very reasonable so please contact us with any queries or concerns regarding your order.

Please note we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You can choose a refund or replacement of a wine you purchased from us if it has a major problem. A major problem is defined as:
  • a problem that would have stopped you from buying the wine if you had known about it
  • a wine that is unsafe
  • a wine that is significantly different from the description on our website

Please also note that you can choose to keep the wine even if it has a major problem, in which case we would compensate you for any drop in value.
