Certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River in WA. The grapes are foot-crushed and hand-plunged during wild fermentation, then basket pressed into old oak barrels to mature for 12 months. This process creates more intense flavours of blackfruits and spice. The wine is medium to full-bodied. Enjoy with any BBQ meats.
