This quality certified organic Shiraz from Harris Organic Wines in the Swan Valley was made from hand-picked organic fruit. Basket pressed and matured in their underground cellar for 12 months before bottling. This is a full bodied, rich classic Swan Valley Shiraz, with a colour that is a vibrant dark purple to red. The aroma has dark forest fruits, chocolate, with a touch of vanilla and the palate has plums and berries, chocolate and a spicy finish. Drink now or will reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.
