Lark Hill Shiraz Viognier

A quality biodynamic Shiraz from the red granite soils of Lark Hill's Dark Horse vineyard, that shows rose petals, violets, brambly fruit and a twist of pepper. This is enlivened by co-fermentation with 4% of the aromatic white Viognier. Maturation in French oak puncheons adds spice and complexity to the rich and generous palate.
