Loimer Rosé

Whole clusters of Zweigelt and Pinot Noir are macerated on their skins for up to 48 hours, then fermented dry with indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless-steel tanks for four months before bottling in Austria. Precise pineapple and strawberries on the nose. This is reflected on the palate; an idea of strawberry pudding, completely dry, slim and fresh, persistent fruit aromas, uncomplicated with great drinking fun, an inspiring rosé wine for young and old.
