From Castile, Central Spain, the Mesta organic high-altitude vineyard has been owned by the Cantarero Morales family for over 30 years. This single-vineyard Verdejo is pale straw in colour and has lovely aromas of lime and honeydew melon. A crisp palate of grapefruit and fennel with balanced acidity. Certified organic Spanish wine. Enjoy with grilled fish or seafood. Suitable for vegans. Drink now or will reward careful cellaring for up to 5 years.
