This exceptional organic wine from Mount Horrocks is remarkably light and bright. Vanilla and spice and all things Semillon-nice; apple, lemon and pear. Beautifully fragrant, these aromatics flow through seamlessly to the palate which is layered and textural, juicy and long. It’s relatively full and rounded, a generous, flavoursome example of the variety’s cut grass and citrus characters with a chalky, mineral-like finish. 95 points from James Halliday. Drink now or will reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.
