"One of Australia’s premier viogniers. Just a touch of skin contact but not fermented on skins. Very waxy texture, skinsy and puckering. Huge perfume, ultra floral but in a kind of pleasing, pot pourri and dried leaf context, not too overt and obvious. Light peach notes, crystalized ginger, premium nougat, honeysuckle and marzipan. Layers on layers, medium weight, bright overall and finishes cool and minerally. Serious stuff." Mike Bennie.
