This fabulous certified biodynamic brut sparkling wine from Quartz Reef in New Zealand’s Central Otago region is a wine of distinction, made in the traditional method to achieve elegance and finesse. Focused, fresh and crisp with beautiful balance and length. A hand-picked blend of 74% Pinot Noir and 26% Chardonnay. Bottle fermented and aged on lees for 24 months. Riddled and disgorged by hand. Pale yellow in colour, bouquet of Royal Gala apple with a hint of lime and brioche. The palate is flirtatious and moreish, enhanced by an invigorating cool, creamy acidity.
