Certified organic and preservative free Shiraz from Mudgee in NSW. A young and fresh style of Shiraz, with a brilliant and vibrant purple colour. There is plenty of raspberry, cherry and maple nut flavours with violet and plums on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied in intensity, coupled with a soft tannin structure to produce a very drinkable wine to match its youthfulness. Enjoy with Tapas and other flavour-rich and salty dishes. This wine works well in warmer months to chill lightly before serving. ABV 13.5% 750mL Preservative Free Suitable for vegans
