Rosnay Sparkling Brut

100% Chardonnay picked early, this organic Sparkling wine has flavours of granny smith apples and loads of natural fruity acidity. The secondary fermentation that makes the bubbles, takes place in a pressure tank, a method known as Charmat. The sweetness is adjusted prior to bottling to make the wine refreshing but not bone-dry. The wine pops with a fine mousse and delicate floral aromas, with green apple, cidery, and stone fruit notes on a fairly dry palate.
