A gorgeous natural wine from Smallfry’s Eden Valley vineyard. Water white in colour with some pale gold hints. Nose of lime and lemon sherbet, developing honeyed toast notes with age. Lime and lemon juice on the palate; some nice talcy, minerally characters with a lingering acid finish. Enjoy with oysters, yabbies, grilled whiting or any seafood.
