This certified organic sweet and lightly Sparkling wine from Spring Seed Wine Co in McLaren Vale gets its pink tinge from just a little bit of contact time on red Frontignac skins, or as it is more formally known, Muscat à Petit Grains. Hints of pink grapefruit, mandarin, rosewater and blood orange on the nose, leading into a fresh balanced palate. The Sweet Pea is an all-day kind of wine. Have it with brunch with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, lunch as an aperitif or with a strawberry based dessert in the evening.
