This lovely preservative free and certified organic Cabernet Merlot from Temple Bruer is deep red in colour with a purple edge. Flavours of blackcurrant, crimson cherry and a hint of coconut, combine with well integrated oak. The palate is full with firm fine tannins that linger. 92 points from James Halliday.
