This award winning Australian example from Vinifera in Mudgee has distinct herbal aromas of rosemary and thyme with flavours of mocha, deep plum and black cherry. Pepper and spice notes with a firm tannin backbone. Enjoy with roast beef and a rich gravy. 94 points from James Halliday. Certified organic wine.
