This certified biodynamic wine from Wallington in Cowra is a blend of 65% Grenache and 35% Mourvèdre. Medium-bodied, savoury red fruit with earthy undertones. The grapes were hand-picked then allowed to naturally ferment in open vats with hand plunging. After basket pressing the wine was matured in a variety of French and American oak barrels before blending and bottling. Enjoy with a wood fired pizza! Drink now or will reward careful cellaring for up to 7 years.
