This is a fabulous certified organic and preservative free Shiraz from 5 Red Star winery Yangarra in McLaren Vale. Red cherries, raspberry and black currants, with harissa spice with notes of caraway and wild thyme. Some black olive and blood plums on the palate. It’s all about freshness in this wine. Bright acidity and tightly wound tannins. Enjoy with any light tomato-based pasta or pizza.
